Exchanges + Returns

Our returns system is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below: 

All returns must be approved before they are posted back to us

Contact us at hello@groomandkind.com within 14 days of purchase for your return to be approved. All returns must be unused and in the original packaging. 

All Returns, Exchanges & Warranty claims must be posted back to us along with a purchase receipt and Groom + Kind Returns Form enclosed. We will not be able to process your return without these items enclosed.

ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR COMPLETED RETURNS FORM AND INVOICE INSIDE THE RETURNED PACKAGE. Parcels returned without an invoice and return form will result in significant delays as we will need to work hard to match your order and your return. 

Return your item, invoice and completed returns form to: Groom + Kind, Unit #3328, 3 Stanton Way, London, SE26 5FU.

Once received, we aim to process your exchange or refund within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to reach your debit or credit card as standard. We can only process refunds to the original card used for payment.
